rain, rain..don't go away. just ease up a bit

after a brief hiatus this past weekend, the [flooding] rain has returned to Houston. i feel like i can never dress cute when the weather is nasty like this :(

it takes me around 20 minutes to get home from my job; half of my commute home was without rain and the other half was filled with torrential downpour. this happened in less than 2 minutes (really!). i heard we're (the houston area) supposed to be under a flood watch until thursday..so i'm assuming there will be a lot more rain to come between now and then. thanks a lot alex! hopefully you'll be gone before the weekend.
